4. On completion of DPC : 10% +EDC 25% + PLC 50%
5. On completion of GF roof slab : 10% +EDC 25%
6. On completion of FF roof slab on constructed area : 10% + car parking
7. On completion of Super structure/ Masonry work : 10%
8. ON completion of Door/ window frame fixing and internal plastering : 10%
9. On completion flooring of all of the areas and external plaster : 10% + club membership
10. On completion of internal finishing : 10%
11. At the time of intimation of possession : 05%+stamp Duty/ Registration + IFMS
